The JOONE benefits:
Our subscriptions cover your baby's diaper and care needs for one month . The number of diapers varies according to the child's size: the older they grow, the fewer diapers they use per month.
T1 = 180 diapers (6 diapers per day)
T2 = 192 diapers (6.4 diapers per day)
T3 = 162 diapers (5 diapers per day)
T4 = 144 diapers (4.8 diapers per day)
T5 = 120 diapers (4 diapers per day)
T6 = 114 diapers (3.8 diapers per day)
To modify your subscription, go to your Customer Space .
What you can change, at any time and free of charge :
- The size and pattern of your diapers
- Add or remove care products
- Payment method (for changing your credit card, for example)
- Delivery frequency
- Date of the next shipment
- Delivery location
To switch to a pull-up diaper subscription or mixed subscription: Go to your Customer Space > My subscriptions > Modify > "I switch subscriptions" button
Modifications can be made at any time. We send an email 3 days before the preparation date of your order to give you time to make changes. Without any changes on your part, your order will be identical to the previous month. If your modifications are made after preparation, they will apply to the next delivery.
Your card will be charged on the preparation date of your order, so it depends on the shipping frequency you chose. By default, shipments/charges are made every 30 days.
If you want to change your card or if your current credit card is no longer valid, you can update it directly from your Customer Dashboard .
Since our subscription is totally flexible, you can simply move the preparation date of your next order or change your shipping frequency.
Good news! You can get a refund for any unopened packs ordered within the last 3 months.
To return your package for free, go to the menu in your Customer Dashboard > “Manage Returns” or simply click on the order you want to return. An interface will allow you to generate your return label yourself. Then, simply stick the label on your package and drop it off at a Relay point. 😉
We will refund your diaper pack once received at our warehouse, if the package is in good condition (about 3-4 weeks after drop-off at a Relay Point.)

Our subscription has no commitment! You can cancel it (for a while or permanently) or reactivate it at any time from your Customer Dashboard , without fees.

If your parcel is lost and hasn't been reported after 1 month, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your order.
Sometimes deliveries take a little longer. Our delivery times are indicated in business days (weekends and public holidays are when our warehouse is closed, and our carriers rest), and are counted from the date the parcel is shipped.

If your parcel is more than 3 business days late (excluding weekends/public holidays), please contact our customer service, and we will find a solution together.
If your parcel is lost and not reported after 1 month, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund your order.
Unfortunately, the majority of delivery services are not legally required to go up to the upper floors. It's at the driver's discretion depending on how much time they have left to deliver other parcels.
If you want your package to be delivered to someone else (a guardian/neighbor), you need to inform the delivery driver at each delivery.

You are subscribed (lucky you!) and your child is switching sizes or becoming potty trained (yay!). We refund unopened and intact diaper packs dating less than 3 months old with undamaged packaging (no holes, openings, or tape...):
We will refund you, excluding shipping fees, for your diaper package upon receipt at our warehouse if the package meets the requirements (approximately 3-4 weeks after the deposit at the Relay Point).

If your baby is a newborn (even more so if breastfed), and leaks mainly occur in the back: don’t worry, at this age, stools are naturally more liquid and overflow. It’s a normal physiological phenomenon that we explain in detail HERE.
If your baby's skin is marked by the diaper, it might be either too small or too tight.
If your baby's skin is not marked, the diaper might actually be a bit too large. It can also be caused by clothing/equipment that may shift the diaper (bodysuit, baby carrier...).
Our advice to check if the diaper is properly fitted : you should be able to fit one finger between your baby's skin and the diaper.
Finally, if the leaks mostly occur at night, it could be due to your baby's sleeping position or an absorption issue (in some cases, choosing a larger size for the night may be an option).

No, there are no cosmetic products in our diapers. That’s why there is no INCI list for our diapers. The INCI list is mandatory for all cosmetic products. You can access the full composition of our diapers by clicking here. 😉
Our diapers contain SAP. It is a synthetic component used in all diapers worldwide.
SAP is a synthetic material that has been used for over 20 years and is common in all diapers sold worldwide. It is used for its high absorbent capacity, up to 150 times its weight.
The SAP used in Europe is subject to European Union regulations, which make it of better quality than in the United States or Asia, for example.
The outer layer on which our patterns are printed (which is never in contact with the baby’s skin) is polyethylene with a very light weave to allow the skin to breathe as much as possible. All components of our diapers are regulated, and we conduct toxicological tests that are available on our website.
FSC® stands for "Forest Stewardship Council®." It is an international non-profit organization dedicated to promoting responsible forest management worldwide.
Having the FSC® label means that the cellulose used in all our diapers comes from well-managed Finnish forests certified by FSC® and other controlled sources. We are FSC® certified under license C153851.
The cellulose in our diapers is guaranteed T.C.F., which means "Total Chlorine Free." More specifically, it means that it has been bleached without chlorine or any chlorinated agents.
All our care products are made with the same transparency and effectiveness requirements as our diapers.
