How to use them? Very simple! Remove the panty liner from its packaging and then remove the paper that protects the adhesive (throw it in the trash). Then glue the adhesive part to your underwear. And above all: change protection regularly during the day, every 4 hours ideally. Protection only lasts for a maximum of 8 hours (depending on your flow).
Once the liner is worn and removed, remember to throw it in the trash and not in the toilet.
Wash your hands well before and after changing them.
